Babette is a vampire, alchemist and assassin for the Dark Brotherhood in southern Skyrim. She is far older than she appears, apparently more than 300 years old, and she is a master Alchemy trainer. Babette can usually be found watching Lis, the tame frostbite spider.
Babette sells potions, ingredients, books (recipes) and miscellaneous items (lockpicks), and additionally buys food. She sometimes has deadra hearts in her inventory.
She and Nazir are the only survivors of the ambush by the Penitus Oculatus.
