Blacksmith Quarters
The Blacksmith Quarters are located in the market area of the city of Windhelm. Just outside the building is a blacksmith forge, a tanning rack, a grindstone, a workbench and a smelter.
Inside a cooking spit, one bed, and 17 books can be found.
