Calcelmo's Falmer Rosetta Stone

Calcelmo's Falmer Rosetta Stone is located inside his laboratory in Markarth. A piece of charcoal and a blank roll of paper (both of which can be found nearby) are used to make a rubbing of the translation of Falmer symbols on the stone in order to decipher Gallus's Encoded Journal during the quest Hard Answers.
