Can be looted from Cicero's dead body if the player chooses to kill him. They allow the wearer to do 20% more One-handed damage, and get 20% better prices.
They can be quite useful for stealth characters in conjunction with Cicero's boots, Cicero's Hat, and Cicero's gloves.
