The Creation Kit is an official tool released by Bethesda to help developers create Skyrim modifications. In previous Elder Scrolls titles, it was called the Construction Set (CS). The release date for the Creation Kit was first revealed to be on February 7, 2012 and released along with a High Resolution Texture Pack.
