Cushioned is a perk in the Heavy Armor skilltree which redueces damage from falling by half if you are wearing all Heavy Armor: head, chest, hands, feet (not necessarily matching). It requires a minimum of 50 points in the Heavy Armor skilltree and the Fists of Steel perk.
