Saliah, In the past several weeks, all of the couriers sent to replenish our supply caches in the northern reaches have gone missing. These drops must be made within the week to ensure our operatives have the provisions they need. / You are to restock the following caches: / - In Morthal, on the islet due east of the mill. / - Outside Nightgate Inn, at the foot of the pier. / - Near Winterhold, under the great arch. / Take care. Too many of our agents have been lost on this task already.
