Feran Sadri thinks that the Dawnguard are becoming too confident fighting the vampires and that they need to be reminded that they are nothing more than cattle. For this their name will need to be slandered.
Kill someone out in the streets of <City>[ | ]
Visit the city mentioned by Feran and kill someone there.
Example cities:
(Optional) Choose a high profile victim[ | ]
Optionally kill someone of high profile, some dignitary like a priest or steward or merchant. Random guards do not count as high profile.
(Optional) Make it a public kill while wearing Dawnguard armor[ | ]
Optionally give the kill more meaning by wearing a (any) Dawnguard armour. This should be done in plain sight, in the streets.
Plant letter on <Victim>'s corpse[ | ]
To explain why the victim was killed by the "self-righteous" Dawnguard, plant an Incriminating Letter on the body.
