Dexion Evicus is a Moth Priest being held prisoner at Forebears' Holdout.
He will either be enthralled and help the vampires at Castle Volkihar or by choice join the Dawnguard at Fort Dawnguard.
After Kindred Judgement, should the Dragonborn have chosen to support the Dawnguard, Dexion will continue to show interest in the Elder Scroll (Sun) and Elder Scroll (Blood). The Dragonborn can sell them for 6000 
, or simply give them away for free.
