Drevis Neloren is a mage in the College of Winterhold. He teaches up to Master level Illusion as well as sells (weapons, apparel, scrolls, books (a few Spell Tomes) and miscellaneous items (Soul Gems)) illusion spell books and scrolls. His inventory is dependent upon the player's illusion skill level.
He will yield a quest Out of Balance that requires the cleansing of the focal points.
