East Empire Company
The East Empire Company is the Trading Company's office in Windhelm. The building itself is located on the docks at the far west end.
The place is rather run-down, and Orthus Endario apologized for that, telling of troubles the company has with pirate attacks on their fleet, very much destroying any form of revenue.
