Skjor has received notice that a criminal has escaped from one of the prisons in Skyrim. He wants you to hunt the criminal down and kill him.

Hunt and kill the escaped criminal[]
The criminal will usually be outside and hiding near a landmark. Either fast travel to the landmark or run there if you have not discovered it yet and kill the criminal.
Return to Skjor to receive the reward.
