Find Ring of Pure Mixtures for Frida Return the Ring of Pure Mixtures to Frida

Walkthrough

While in Dawnstar, the Dragonborn can speak with Frida, the owner of The Mortar and Pestle. She mentions that she and her husband were looking for the Ring of Pure Mixtures, but he died before finding it. Since then, she has determined where the ring is but is now too old to retrieve it herself. The Dragonborn can then offer to retrieve it for her.

Find Ring of Pure Mixtures for Frida

She then tells the Dragonborn where the ring is, at one of the following locations:

• Clearspring Tarn
• Forsaken Cave
• Harmugstahl
• Hillgrund's Tomb
• Rebel's Cairn
• Swindler's Den
• Yngvild

She then marks the location on the map (if it was not already marked).

Return the Ring of Pure Mixtures to Frida

The Dragonborn can then proceed to the indicated location, retrieve the ring and return to Frida for a reward.

Notes

• After the Ring of Pure Mixtures has been delivered to Frida, the ring can then be purchased in her shop, taken from her dead body, or stolen from her pocket. If the Ring of Pure Mixtures is not delivered to Frida, it will remain a quest item that cannot be disenchanted.
