Forsaken Cave
The Forsaken Cave is located west of Windhelm, past Anga's Mill.
It is where the Dragonborn is sent to retrieve the White Phial for Nurelion. Inside are some Snowy Sabre Cats, Frost Trolls, numerous draugrs, as well as iron, silver and gold ingots. There are also a copies of the skill books A Game at Dinner and The Mirror, as well as an alchemy lab.
