Frostmoon Crag a large rock overhang inhabited by werewolves, located west-south-west of the Altar of Thrond.

Rakel will be the first to talk to any visitor and should the Dragonborn be a werewolf, the other members of the pack will tell stories and even sell rare rings. They will quickly become hostile towards any non-werewolves, though.
