Gunmar is a Nord blacksmith with the Dawnguard. He is a master smithing trainer.
He sells weapons, apparel, miscellaneous (ore) items and buys the same, as well as hiring out Armored Trolls for 500 
each.
At the beginning of Kindred Judgement he will hand out an armour set: Dawnguard Gauntlets, Dawnguard Boots and an Dawnguard Heavy Armor.
Initially he must be convinced to join the Dawnguard in A New Order, though.
