Walkthrough
A talk with Elynea Mothren at her Tel Mithryn Apothecary beings up the topic of a rare ingredient she needs.
Get three taproots
A seasoned explorer of Skyrim should already have three Taproots.
Soak the taproots
Elynea directs the Dragonborn to the Headwaters of Harstrad to soak the taproots, this is in the north of Solstheim. Soak the taproots there.
Talk to Elynea
Return to Elynea she will explain what needs to be done next.
Plant the taproot
The taproot needs to be plated in a wall of the main Tel Mithryn building.
Talk to Elynea
Return to receive a reward.
Epilogue
After healing the tower, a column or room in the main Tel Mithryn building becomes accessible, harbouring two caged Spriggans. The Dragonborn cannot interact with them though, and their cages require a key (not available in the game?).
