Hircine is a Daedric Prince whose domain is the Wild Hunt, the Sport of Daedra, the Great Game, and the Chase. He is known as the "Huntsman of the Princes" and the "Father of Manbeasts".
Hircine is responsible for creating the various diseases that cause individuals to transform into were-animals. He makes his believers (anyone infected by his diseases) participate in the Wild Hunt which he uses to punish those who defy him.
The Khajiit also have "Hircine", known as "the Hungry Cat".
