The ever vigilant Gunmar at Fort Dawnguard has heard of a vampire who has had contact with normal humans.
Find evidence of the vampire's whereabouts[]
Travel to the indicated location and talk to the human in question.
Persuasion, 924/845/838 
or a brawl should yield a Letter from the Vampire that reveals the hiding place.
Examples:
- ask Arnskar Ember-Master at the Ragged Flagon, yields Fort Fellhammer as location, reward Circlet of Restoration.
- ask Birna in Winterhold, yields Gallows Rock as location, reward Hunting Bow of Fear.
- ask Kraldar in Winterhold, yields Boulderfall Cave as location, reward Circlet of Conjuration.
Kill the <Vampire> at <Dungeon>[]
Track down the vampire at the indicated dungeon, and kill it.
Return to Gunmar[]
Return with the good news to Gunmar who will reward with an enchanted item.
Since these are Radiant (randomly generated) quests, this quest can be repeated endlessly.
