Hypnotic Gaze is a perk in the Illusion skilltree which allows Calm spells to work on higher level opponents (+8 levels to spell maximum). Cumulative with Kindred Mage and Animage. It requires a minimum of 30 points in the Illusion skilltree and the Novice Illusion perk.
