Imperial Orrery

The Imperial Orrery was an astronomical observatory based on ancient Dwemer technology, and was housed at the Arcane University in the Imperial City in Cyrodiil. It contained a moving, functional representation of the local astronomical bodies local to Nirn, and could bestow powers on the operator, depending on the current position of those bodies.
