Magic Resistance is a perk in the Alteration skilltree. It requires a minimum of 30 skill points in Alteration and the Apprentice Alteration perk. There are three levels of this perk:
- Level one – This perk requires that you have at least 30 points in the Alteration skilltree and blocks 10% of a spell's effects
- Level two – This perk requires that you have at least 50 points in the Alteration skilltree and blocks 20% of a spell's effects
- Level three – This perk requires that you have at least 70 points in the Alteration skilltree and blocks 30% of a spell's effects
