Meridia despises undead in any form, and is one of the few daedric princes not considered to be wholly evil.
When the Dragonborn meets Meridia, she manifests as a floating orb of light which sweeps the Dragonborn high into the air. Upon completing her quest, Meridia rewards the Dragonborn with the Daedric sword, Dawnbreaker, and instructs the Dragonborn, as her champion, to go forth and fight darkness with Dawnbreaker.
