Mireli is one of the unfortunate miners who were killed by draugr that were awakened during the dig at the Kolbjorn Barrow.
The miner must be found during the second visit to the barrow during the Unearthed quest.
Tragically the sense of foreboding Mireli's mother had about her daughter's work at the barrow were completely correct, as can be read up in Mireli's Letter to Mother.
