Mount Anthor is a Dragon Lair and the location of a word wall located south-west of the Shrine of Azura, almost due north of Yorgrim Overlook. It is guarded by a Dragon. The word wall here contains one of the words of power for the Ice Form shout.

There is also an alchemy lab there.
