Nenya is the steward for the Jarl Siddgeir in Falkreath. She mentions that the extensive cemetery, apparently the largest in all of Skyrim, is also called the Heroes' Graveyard.
Having helped the Jarl (with Kill the bandit leader of Bilegulch Mine) opens up the option to buy land for 5000 
through her to build the Lakeview Manor.
