Nilheim

Nilheim is a Nordic tower located east of Ivarstead. The tower is occupied by group of bandits led by Telrav who poses as a victim of a bandit attack in order to lure travellers to his camp by the tower. The bodies of two previous victims, a Breton and an Imperial, who fell for the ruse are nearby.
