There are a number of types of ore and mineral deposits which can be mined from veins or just found lying around. Most of these can be made into usable form with a Smelter.

Malachite Ore 1 30 2 pieces can be smelted into a ingot of Refined Malachite
MoonstoneOre
Moonstone Ore 1 30 2 pieces can be smelted into a ingot of Refined Moonstone
OrichalcumOre
Orichalcum Ore 1 20 2 pieces can be smelted into an Orichalcum Ingot
QuarriedStone
Quarried Stone [1] 1 2 Use in building foundations, floors and roofs
QuicksilverOre
Quicksilver Ore 1 25 2 pieces can be smelted into a Quicksilver Ingot
SilverOre
Silver Ore 1 25 2 pieces can be smelted into a Silver Ingot, or
1 piece can be transmuted into a piece Gold Ore
Stalhrim
Stalhrim [2] 1 200 Used to craft Stalhrim armor and weapons
