Radiant Raiment is the clothier in Solitude. It is run by Taarie and her assistant Endarie. They buy and sell apparel, including clothing and armour, and jewellery.

With the Hearthfire DLC, some children's items, like boys' and girls' clothing, wooden swords and dolls can be purchased at the shop to be given as gifts to adopted children.
