Reflect Blows is a perk in the Heavy Armor skilltree which provides a 10% chance of reflecting melee damage back to the enemy while you are wearing all Heavy Armor: head, chest, hands, feet. It requires a minimum of 100 points in the Heavy Armor skilltree and the Matching Set perk.
