Drovas Relvi lives in a small camp just north-west of Tel Mithryn tending to his very rare Silt Strider that he affectionately calls Dusty.
When asked, he will tell of silt striders, how they used to be quite common in Morrowind until the eruption of the Red Mountain almost wiped them out.
He sells weapons (arrows), ingredients (Netch Jelly), miscellaneous items (a huge selection of baskets) and buys everything.
