Ri'saad is part of one of the Khajiit Caravans travelling between Markarth and Whiterun. He is typically found seated on a rug. Other members of his caravan include Atahbah, Khayla and Ma'randru-jo.
After Under New Management the Dragonborn will negotiate with Ri'saad about using the caravans to transport Thieves' Guild goods all over Skyrim.
