Rigel Strong-Arm is the leader of the bandits hiding out in the caves beneath Pinewatch. She can be found sleeping in her chamber at the north end of the Pinewatch Bandit's Sanctuary.
If killed, her remains can be looted for the Pinewatch Key and the Pinewatch Treasure Room Key as well as some armour and an enchanted weapon.
