Feran wants rare vampire-related artefacts returned to the "family", and it is up to the Dragonborn to get them.
Retrieve the Ring of the Erudite from a random location[]
The Ring of the Erudite can e.g. be found at the Halted Stream Camp, in a chest.
Retrieve the Ring of the Beast from a random location[]
The Ring of the Beast can e.g. be found at Forelhost, on the body of a Dragon Priest.
Return to Feran Sadri[]
Returning with the rings the Dragonborn gets several Potions of Blood, and may keep the very rare rings.
