Sabjorn is the owner of the Honningbrew Meadery outside Whiterun and the main competitor to Maven Black-Briar.
Sabjorn sells food and additionally buys potions (drink) and ingredients (eggs, wheat).
He underhandedly tricked his right hand man Mallus Maccius into working for a pittance. Mallus later uses an opportunity for revenge in Dampened Spirits.
