Skingrad is a major city in the Nibenean Valley of western Cyrodiil. It is famous for its highly advanced stone masonry architecture. The city is divided into two segments within the same walls, bridging a river and containing all the amenities of any major city in the Imperial Province: a Fighter's Guild, a Mage's Guild, a cathedral and many inns and shops.
