Sorli the Builder is a resident of Stonehills, a mining village just east of Morthal, where she lives with her husband Pactur and their son, Sirgar.
Depending on the outcome of the peace negotiations during the Season Unending quest, she becomes Jarl of Hjaalmarch, taking the position from Idgrod Ravencrone.
