Talsgar the Wanderer is a wandering bard who can be encountered anywhere in Skyrim.

His performances are available by paying 25 and making a request for any of the following songs:

• The Age of Aggression or The Age of Oppression
• The Dragonborn Comes
• Tale of the Tongues

When asked about speechcraft, he suggest visiting the Bards' College in Solitude.
