Vex has information that a certain business in Skyrim is doing very well for themselves and has much to go around.

Retrieve a valuable from the target[ | ]
The target location is a random shop — and it will always be a shop — from a random city. Make your way there and either wait until they are asleep (12–7am) or enter. Follow the quest marker to a strong box and pick the lock to retrieve the item which is usually some sort of gem. Some of the strong boxes are in out of the way places in the store so you may not even have to wait until the owner is asleep.
