This quest begins when the Dragonborn strikes up a conversation with Evette San, either at her market stall or her house in Solitude. She intimates that her livelihood is being threatened because a necessary shipment of spices is being held back at the docks by Vittoria Vici.
Note: This quest must be completed prior to Bound Until Death.
Convince Vittoria Vici to release the Spiced Wine shipment[ | ]
The Dragonborn can the speak with Vittoria either at her house, at her place of work (the East Empire Company Warehouse dock's "shop") or as she is walking through the streets of the city to her home. She then informs the Dragonborn that Evette owes 2000 septims in tariffs and this is why her shipment is being held back.
Vittoria can be persuaded (free), bribed (535 
at L53) or paid in full (2000 ). In any case, she ultimately releases the shipment.
Tell Evette that Vittoria agreed to release the shipment[ | ]
The Dragonborn can then return to Evette with the good news.
