Torsten Cruel-Sea is the owner of Hollyfrost Farm outside of Windhelm. He is married to Hillevi Cruel-Sea and they have one son, Grimvar. They also had a daughter, Fjotli, but she was murdered some time before the events in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
During Summerset Shadows he will ask the Thieves' Guild to retrieve Fjotli's Silver Locket and punish the responsible guild.
