Vendil Severin is a Dunmer from the Dragonborn DLC. He is the husband of Tilisu and the father of Mirri.
He is the head of the wealthiest family in Raven Rock, as do the extensive facilities in the Severin Manor demonstrate.
Towards the end of Served Cold, at the Ashfallow Citadel, he will carry the Vendil Ulen's Chest Key, which is actually of no use in the game.
