Vipir the Fleet is a member of the Thieves' Guild and trains Pickpocketing (Master).
He was given his nickname 'the Fleet' when he botched a job with Vex in Windhelm necessitating a quick escape. While Vex managed to elude their pursuers, Vipir was not so lucky. He ended up running all the way from Windhelm to Riften, forgetting his horse that was still at Windhelm.
