Should the Dragonborn be a werewolf, then visiting the Nord hunters at Frostmoon Crag quickly reveals that they are actually werewolves and thus experts on the subject. Talking to the alpha of the pack, Majni, completes the quest.
Should the Dragonborn not be a werewolf, the pack will quickly turn aggressive.
