White River Watch

White River Watch is the headquarters of the White River gang, led by Hajvarr Iron-Hand. The cave is located across the bridge by the Honningbrew Meadery and up the hill on the other side of the river.

Just outside the cave is a small camp with a wood chopping block and a cooking pot. Two bandits are stationed there, one of whom carries a Note to Rodulf.

Inside the cave is a blindman, Ulfr. He is seated and "reading" his book. Farther inside is a caged wolf, which can be released to whittle down the number of bandits, though it must still be killed. There is also an alchemy lab, an Iron Ore Vein, and a copy of An Explorer's Guide to Skyrim.

It is also one of the possible locations of Kharjo's Moon Amulet.
