Carpentry area at Windstad Manor
Windstad Manor is a homestead which can be built on a piece of land in Hjaalmarch. The plot is located to the due north of Ustengrav, south-west of High Gate Ruins, north-east of the Abandoned Shack and south-east of the Wreck of the Icerunner.
When the Dragonborn first arrives on the site, there is a pile of Sawn Logs (×20), a wood chopping block, a Drafting Table, a chest, a Carpenter's Workbench and an anvil.
The chest contains pieces of Clay (×30), a Corundum Ingot, Iron Ingots (×6) and pieces of Quarried Stone (×30).
